Durocast is officially approved as an Essential Service Business.
Our team at Durocast is very excited to announce that we have an official permit for Supply and or critical repairs on essential services. As regulated we are running operations with limited staff as to ensure their safety and risk of exposure.
The President of South Africa has declared a National Lockdown from 26 March 2020 until 16 April 2020 and then extended the lockdown period until 30 April 2020. During this period only businesses that provide essential services are allowed to open and trade. Those businesses need to apply to for a certificate in order to trade.
All other enterprises operating within the borders of the Republic of South Africa are expected to be closed during the lockdown period. Only enterprises which produce and/or provide, and/or distribute goods and services listed in the official list of providers as made public by the Government are exempted from the restrictions contemplated in the regulation issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act. Note. They should also manage these services with an absolute minimum number staff necessary to operate safely.
