On the 18th of July 2013 Durocast joined in celebrating Nelson Mandela’s 95th Birthday and contributing with our 67 minutes.
We choose GRANNY’S HOUSE – VEREENIGING
Loving and generous foster parents taking care of 14 orphaned, neglected or abused children. These caring foster parents have also opened their home to the children whose parents work as car guards, offering to babysit and feed these children while their parents are at work.
Durocast decided make a donation of groceries:
3x Boxes Rice Krispies, 8x Cooldrink Syrup, 4x pack of fizzers, 4x packs of popcorn, 40x 2minute Noodles, 6x Syrups, 3x Sandwich spreads, 6x peanut butter, 12x sanitary pads, 6x toothpastes, 48L Long life milk, 3x Chrunchies cereal, 6x tomato sauce, 4x oats, 8x corned Meat, 40x slabs Chocolates.
Some of our staff went to Granny’s House and spend some time with the kids, packing out the groceries.
