Production Can’t Stop for a Floor

In a brewery or food plant, the hardest part of replacing a corroded floor is the shutdown it requires. Acicrete 4, Acispray 4 and Aciset 4 are rapid-hardening products that harden within 12 hours, so a section of floor, a drain run or a sump can be repaired over a night or a weekend. They resist acid water to pH 3.5–4.0, sulphates, beer, waste water, tannic and lactic acid and vegetable oils, and are non-hazardous to install.
